Lighting Maquettes from last second year project looking and from and the reuse of toilet rolls and postal tubing

Final piece from last second year project, there were still some design kinks with the outcome but I loved the shape fo this design.

These two peice are the final pieces for my Minor Projects in the third year. I wanted to explore the idea of covering the tubing. In the top one I reused old jumpers, which I feel gives a nice look to the piece but in adds a lot of wieght and I also got so lost in the covering the I didnt develope a decent form for the piece. In the bottom one I use anitslip matting and velvet, I didnt overly consider the covers for this peice but I wanted to explore a way of shaping one form inside another. I, however, feel the form has not worked as well as I was hoping. the scales of the piece are also something the I didnt consider fully enough and therefore they have become a little big.
